Is a good value place if for acouple nights..if you are at this place Long Term it's a very good deal. The owners and staff are really great people and nice and very helpful and are there right away for any problems.. Alot of traffic noise as it is on a main shipping route from Nevada and California and elsewhere. I'd stay here again and I strongly recommend it... But NOT if you have PETS. Also I see in other reviews bad things being said... they are not true... There are no bugs whatsoever as the owners have a pest control guy come every couple months to spray... I've never seen any bugs. The rooms are clean. I stayed here for 3 months and was very satisfied with my stay....hot shower.. nice big bed.. microwave and fridge and cable TV and wifi.. They helped me when I needed it... can't go wrong.
For a motel off the highway, this is a wonderful place! It’s super convenient, clean, and has more options than most motels (including coffee in the room, great water pressure and hot water (leave on for a couple minutes and it gets very hot), and great wifi/tv. I stayed with my family and the owners are very helpful when we needed anything! The area is a bit noisy but that’s to be expected given it’s right off 93. The price is very reasonable and rooms are pretty spacious with queen beds, microwaves, and fridges. Highly recommend for passerby’s needing a place to stay overnight and even people needing a more affordable option when staying in Kingman.
